AVE  (Audio Visual Entrainment) can produce brainwave frequencies appropriate for each situation through the process of entrainment (the tendency of physiological processes to mirror environmental stimuli).

The dissociative state can initially be observed by noticing deep, diaphragmatic breathing. The hands and feet warm up as the arteries dilate. Skin color becomes more rosy as blood flow increases in the face and body. Blood flow also increases in the brain. The person will experience feelings of deep relaxation and satisfaction as beneficial neurotransmitters, dopamine, serotonine, norepinefrina, etc are released in the brain.
